Golden oak with stainless steel wires & cedar screening, North London

British summers have been getting hotter and more glorious, so decking has never been more useful.

However, this type of installation can be useful in all seasons: in winter and autumn it provides a mud-free zone in which to enjoy your garden, while it is perfect during spring when your garden is coming alive.

Whether you love sunbathing in the afternoon or want a place for BBQs and garden parties, Kingfisher Decking work with a wide range of materials to create your perfect decking, including Millboard composite decking.

Millboard comes in three different styles: enhanced grain, weathered oak and ‘Lasta-Grip’ decking which has a unique textured design that offers optimal slip-resistance.

Although it closely resembles real wood, Millboard is extreme resilient and won’t weather like genuine timber: it is built to resemble nature but also to outperform it. Moulded from selected timbers and hand-coloured in authentic tones, it looks exceptionally like real wood but won’t rot and will retain a high slip-resistance even in wet weather.

Kingfisher Decking are proud to be an approved installer of Millboard decking and regularly carry out projects using this composite material. Established in the 1990s, our family-run company are one of the leading decking companies in the South East.

You can check out our previous projects using this material on our online gallery.
