Our suppliers are members of the WWF95+ group and also Forests Forever, they are committed to providing high quality products from well managed sources. They support the independent certification of sustainable forestry, for example FSC or PEFC and work to link the increasing demand for independently certified sources with an expanding global supply base.

Sustaining the forest reserves is critical both to continued prosperity and global environmental stability. As members of the Timber Trade Federation, they are signed up to the environmental code of practise which encourages improved standards of conduct and condemns illegal logging practices.

Their policy is to comply with all current legislation in place at the country of origin for timber purchasing. Through there accreditation to FSC and PEFC, all outlets hold full chain of custody for trade in certified products.

Timber is a renewable, biodegradable, non-toxic, energy efficient and green house gas friendly product. Scientific studies show that it is the environmental material of choice. As well as being one of the oldest , most versatile and attractive materials known to man.
